I recently had an excellent stay at this hotel in the Alps. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing vacation with my family. I was impressed by the attention to detail, such as the lovely outside play area for the little ones and the addition of a coffee machine for quiet mornings and evenings in the fresh air. The family and staff running the hotel were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location of the hotel was also a plus, with easy access to the nearby mountains and the freeway.

I ordered your service through one room for four people {two adults and two children} One room for three people (two adults and one child) Two double rooms Booking confirmation you had a final price for two nights for each room. We were surprised that leaving the hotel requires a separate price for children. Throughout the correspondence with you I do not understand this price policy. I suggest you clarify this policy in every booking that includes children.

We had an amazing weekend at a lovely hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and cozy, perfect for our needs. We also loved the location as it was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit and had beautiful views of the surrounding area.

The lack of variety at breakfast. We would have liked to see more options available, especially if we were staying for more than a few days.

Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed, modern bathroom, and gorgeous mountain view. the service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff available at all times. We loved the delicious and varied breakfast, including local specialties like sausages and cheese. the wellness area was also very clean and modern.

We found it disappointing that there was no grocery shop nearby to stock up on essentials, and we had to travel to a nearby town for such amenities.

The apartment offered nice sauna facilities and the owners were friendly. It was located in a quiet area of town which was convenient for us. We also enjoyed the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the apartment.

The apartment was not as spacious as advertised. We booked a two-bedroom apartment, but it turned out to be one bedroom with a living room converted into a second bedroom.
